![]() Live Earth set out to be different. The moment we started planning our concert events for July 7, 2007, the Live Earth Green Team aimed to bring them as close to the ideal of “zero net impact” as we possibly could. We projected our energy and resource use, developed a plan to mitigate our impact, and held everyone accountable for success. Disclosure of the process and results is an essential step for setting benchmarks and making event-over-event, year-over-year progress. After an 11-week accounting and audit, here is the Live Earth Carbon Assessment & Footprint Report. In the end, we achieved more than we ever thought possible. This report shows you how we did it, what some other events have measured and where we think the industry should be in terms of carbon performance. As more and more live events plan, reduce, measure and report, we will move the industry forward. EXPLORE THE LIVE EARTH CARBON ASSESSMENT & FOOTPRINT REPORT HERE.
